Hello, Kansas City and welcome back to the Bespoke Automotive Refinement Podcast. We are so excited to have you on talking about cars and detailing and just all things Kansas City car detailing. We are Kansas City’s number one detailing and ceramic coating company in the Kansas City area.
Guys, right now we’re going to continue on our segment about cool cars and unique cars on Facebook Marketplace. It’s kind of cool. I mean, not all the time do you come across a car that’s like exotic or flashy, but it’s cool.
It’s unique. And that’s something that a non-car person isn’t going to understand. I mean, they’re going to see a Jeep Grand Wagoneer that’s got an LS swap in it and they’re not going to understand it.
But if you’re a car person, if you’re a car guy, if you’re a car gal, you’re going to be like, that’s sick. That’s dope. Where can I get one? I mean, so we get it.
And the reason that I brought up a Jeep Grand Wagoneer is that is literally next on the list is a 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Now, you’ve really got to have a special place in your heart for these things to want to buy one. Personally, I think it’s one of the coolest SUVs ever.
I think that they have a not timeless look because they look classic, but they’re very retro with the wood grain along the side and then the matching wood interior. I’m a big fan of the Wagoneer. I think it’s telling that, you know, with them being 40 years old, you still see them on the road today.
And they were never designed to be a collector vehicle like the Corvette or the Camaro, but that is definitely one that I’m rooting for. All right, next on the list is a 2005 Ford Mustang GT with a pro charger. And they want $35,000 for this thing.
The current setup is in the eight to 900 horsepower range. I don’t know if I believe that. It’s got, hold on.
It has more laugh reacts than it has likes. That’s not a good sign. That’s actually a bad sign.
This, probably for the price, but also an 800 horsepower S197, that could be a maintenance nightmare. Next on the list is a car that kind of holds a special place in my heart. Not that I’ve ever owned one or that I’ve really even driven one, but my mom used to be obsessed with these cars when I was a little kid.
And so I always knew what this car was because I knew if I ever wanted to talk cars with my mom, all I had to do was bring one of these up. It’s a 1987 Porsche 944S. It’s got pretty low miles, 80,000 miles, and they want $20,000 for it.
It’s crazy that this car only has 190 horsepower, but it was still considered a sports car back in the day. That’s wild. All right.
Next up is a, oh, it’s a clown shoe. It’s a 2000 BMW M Coupe. Now, if you know these cars, you know that this is really special.
If you, if you know what this would be, I guess you would appreciate it. But if you didn’t, that’s fine too. This is a 1988 Ford Mustang Saleen.
That is special. You know, I’ve never actually looked at a Fox body Saleen. I grew up with a Saleen.
My dad had a 2004 S281 Extreme. And so Saleens have always kind of held a special place in my heart. I guess this is a one of three car.
It’s a convertible Saleen Fox body, supercharged with Forgestar CF5s on them. And it actually looks really good. That looks really, really good.
Kansas City car detailing. All right. Next on the list here, we have a 2006 Dodge Viper SRT10.
Things have really gone up in value. Like, oh, well, it’s got 6,000 miles. That’s why it’s so high.
Let me just look up how much these cars are going for nowadays. I’ll be honest with you. Big Viper fan.
Big, big, big Viper fan. Never owned. That’s actually not true.
I have owned a Viper. I owned a 2004. I bought, went in on havesies with someone.
Really, really, really, really cool car. All right. Next on the list here, we have someone who ruined, absolutely ruined a Toyota Supra.
Are you kidding me right now? They, like, actually ruined this car. It’s a, man, and it was, like, really clean when this guy bought it. I’m going through his Facebook here to kind of get the lowdown on it.
It’s a 1995 Toyota Supra. Looks like it is a manual and it’s, like, cambered and bagged and I don’t know. I don’t like when people do this to cars.
I know it’s a look. I know it’s a look. I just, I can’t do it.
I can’t do that. I can’t do it. All right.
Well, next on the list, guys, we have a 1999 Ferrari 360 Modena. This thing is heavily modified. It’s got a rear bumper cut out and then it’s got, like, a custom diffuser in the rear.
The rear exit exhaust actually goes out the, it’s right in line with the tail lights, which I’ve never seen that before on a Ferrari 360. Carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber splitter. It definitely looks like something that was, like, a purpose-built race car.
Either that or someone just wanted to feel like they had a race car, but either way, this is a very, very, very unique looking vehicle. Next on the list is a 2012 McLaren MP4-12C Coupe.
