So feel free to reach out to us at 620-282-0402. Now, without further ado, we’re gonna continue breaking down the top supercars of all time. Number five is a Pagani Zonda C12.

Oh, I love that car. Why it matters. The car that introduced Horatio Pagani to the world.

Pure artistry AMG V12. Fun fact, the carbon fiber weave patterns were aligned like fine Italian tailoring. Pagani is really cool because he doesn’t build, his cars are wicked fast, but he goes for the art of the car.

And so the shifting mechanism inside of a Pagani is fully exposed. Oh, wow. So you can see the car shifting.

Really? Everything, especially the interior of a Zonda and even a Huayra, it’s just beautiful. And Horatio Pagani has such a cool story. I’m really impressed that you knew how to pronounce his first name.

He’s got a really cool story and the history of how he started his company. He was homeless while he started Pagani. Wow.

He literally lived in a tent. Wow. While he was trying to design the first car and now he’s one of the most, he’s one of the most iconic automotive manufacturers in the world.

Wow, yeah. So really cool story. Enough that I know how to pronounce it.

It’s true. Next up on the list is a Porsche 911 GT2 RS from 2018. Why it matters, the ultimate evolution of the 911 balanced speed and usable power.

Fun fact, holds multiple Nuremberg lap records for production car. Fun fact, that blue car that’s on the picture in our bathroom in the basement. Yeah.

It’s a 2018 GT2 RS. Really? That’s one of my dream cars. I had the opportunity to drive one in 2019.

No, it was 2020. And it was Miami blue. I fell in love with that car.

The guy who owned it does a lot of track racing and he told me that it was the first car that he’d ever ran on a track that was too fast. Really? He told me, he’s like, this car is way too much. It makes way too much power to actually use on the track because it’s just, it’s so powerful.

That’s one of my all time dream cars is a GT2 RS. That’s awesome. Number seven is a Kona SEG Jesko from 2021.

Why it matters? Designed to hit 300 miles per hour with ease, revolutionary gearbox, light speed transmission. Fun fact, Kona SEG designed their own carbon fiber wheels lighter than forged magnesium. Theoretically, you can pick up a Jesko wheel with one finger.

Whoa. That’s how light they are. Wow, that’s wild.

And you caught that, right? 300 miles an hour. That’s crazy. That’s crazy.

I mean, you could get to Tulsa in an hour if you were going top speed. Literally. Yeah, I mean, I love Kona SEG.

The Jesko wouldn’t be my pick. There’s supposedly, and they’re like $5 million new. There’s supposedly a white Jesko that lives here in Kansas City in like a basement.

This guy has like a basement garage and he’s got two older Ferraris that are like insignificant, like a 328 GTS and a 308. And then he’s got, which are like $60,000 cars. And then he’s got a $5 million Jesko sitting in between them.

I’ve never seen it. I don’t know who owns it, but periodically, like in Kansas City car spotters group, someone will go over to his house to like work on his garage door or do landscaping and they’ll spot it and they’ll take pictures of it. So those are the only photos.

Like no one knows really who the guy is or. Wow, that’s wild. At number eight is an Aston Martin Valkyrie from 2023.

Why it matters, a road legal F1 car designed with Adrian Newey, a Red Bull racing. Fun fact, the engine revs to 11,100 RPM. Highest revving V12 ever made for the road.

That engine revs twice as high as your Jeep. Wow. So you know when your car goes and it shifts, that car would go one gear.

Wow. And it actually looks like a GT1 from the last thing we were talking about. It looks like a road legal GT1 car.

Really? Yeah, look one up. They’re crazy looking. Max Verstappen, who’s a real famous Formula One driver has one.

They’re so loud that you have to wear a headset when you drive and talk to the person next to you. Like if you ever see someone driving one, they’re literally wearing headsets sitting inside of the car. Yeah.

That’s pretty. They’re insane. I could see you liking them just because they’re unique colors.

Well, and that’s like the ultimate car for me because it’s like, there’s no luxury. They don’t have carpet. But it’s just all car.

Wow. See, I like all the luxury. I think you could do without.

My favorite cars are the ones that don’t have all the electronics in them. I feel like your favorite cars are the ones that have all the electronics in them. It’s true.

Like if we rent a car, I’m like, well, does it have Apple CarPlay? Does it have heated seats? Like, yes. My favorite cars are cars that like have cassette players in them still because those are the ones that are just raw. Yeah.

That’s wild to me. Cause I’m like, I like playing music and you know, all those things. All right.

Next up on the list is a Lexus LFA 2010. I named it. That was one of them that I said.

Mm-hmm. You know your super cars. That’s for sure.

Why it matters is a masterpiece of Japanese craftsmanship with a screaming Yamaha built V10. Fun fact, the digital tachometer was created because analog one couldn’t keep up with the revs. So I’ve got a cool story about my dad to tell you that involves a Lexus LFA.

Really? So my mom used to have a Lexus. And when I was like in, I was in high school, we went to the Lexus dealer in Wichita to pick up my mom’s car because it was out of service. And they had an LFA on the showroom floor and knew they were like 380,000.

And my dad loved it. We walked in there and he’s like, this is the most beautiful car I’ve ever seen. I’ve never really seen my dad get super excited about a car before.

And you know, my dad went as far as to open up his credit to prove to these people that he could afford it because he was like really interested in it. He just couldn’t wrap his mind around buying a car that costs that much money. But I was like, trust me, this is going to be a million dollar car someday.

It’s a good investment. He didn’t end up buying it, obviously. But yeah, now it’s a million dollar car.

So they are, and the reason why is Lexus isn’t known for building super cars. So no one bought them, you know, for essentially $400,000. Lexus makes great cars, but who wants to buy a Lexus for 400 grand, right? When you can buy an Aventador or a Ferrari.

And so no one bought them. So production number’s really low. They dipped down to like 120 grand at one point.

And then they just shot up in value. And now they’re like a one and a half, $1 million car. That’s wild.
