We’ve been in business now for over 14 years. And guys, today we are going to be talking about some of our different Kansas City car detailing packages. More specifically, we’re going to be talking about how to prepare your car for winter.
Now, we just experienced a really crazy storm here in the Midwest. Lots of cars got stranded. Actually, this morning, I saw a truck that was on the side of the road that had completely burned down.
And although there is not a single Kansas City car detailing service that I offer that can prevent a car from catching on fire, there are definitely different Kansas City car detailing packages and services that we offer that can help keep your car safe. Both the paint and the interior and the leather in your car. So guys, first, let’s start with the paint.
What can we offer for your vehicle that can protect the paint, the trim, the glass? Well, we have a cool product called Ceramic Coating. Now, Ceramic Coating is a hydrophobic infused silica product that we apply to the vehicle by hand. And this product chemically bonds to the surface.
So if you want your paint and your trim and your glass to repel water, like a ceramic pan, like a ceramic cooking pan, then this product is something that I would highly recommend installing on your car. We have many different Kansas City car detailing packages that we offer that we can apply this product to your vehicle. If you’re looking to have this service performed before or after a paint correction, or excuse me, if you’re looking to have this service performed with or without a paint correction, if you just want your vehicle ceramic coated, that’s something that we offer.
We also offer ceramic coating for different parts of the vehicle. So if you want your glass ceramic coated, if you want your paint ceramic coated, if you just want your trim ceramic coated, guys, these are things that we offer. And we do this to provide you with another level of variation.
You know, some people just want their glass ceramic coated. They don’t want to spend the money to have their whole car ceramic coated. Other people want the entire thing ceramic coated.
And that’s what we pride ourselves on at Bespoke Automotive Refinement. We want to ensure that we offer a variation of products and services to our clients. So why ceramic coat your car before winter? Well, we’ve all dealt with it when we drive our car in the snow and you get those deicers on your paint and they stick to the paint and you can’t get them off.
You’ve got to sit there and scrub it. You’ve got to sit there and sometimes you’ve got to chip it off with your fingernail. Well, that’s because there’s no protection.
There’s no wax on your vehicle’s finish. And all of those road salts are sticking straight to the clear coat. Now over time, if you don’t get those off of there, you begin to see little divots in your paint called solvent pop.
That’s because when the salt sticks to the clear coat of the vehicle, it begins to cause a chemical reaction that can permanently damage your clear coat. So guys, that’s why we offer these ceramic coatings, especially before wintertime. We highly recommend it.
Having this done before winter is a huge benefit to making sure that your vehicle is protected and making sure that your vehicle’s finish will last a long time and have a showroom finish for its lifetime. Now we offer different variations of ceramic coatings. We have a six-month ceramic coating.
We have a one-year ceramic coating, a three-year ceramic coating, and a five-year ceramic coating. The cost between these four ceramic coatings do vary, but a lot of clients end up going with the five-year ceramic coating because not only does it leave your vehicle with a hydrophobic finish for two to three years, but for five years your vehicle’s finish will have a layer around it protecting it from all sorts of different harmful elements that the environment exposes, even during summertime. I mean, if you live in a city that has a lot of pollution in the air, when it rains, that pollution will come down on your vehicle and it’ll produce iron deposits, it’ll produce fallout on your vehicle, it can cause the surface to be rough, and a lot of folks try to clay bar these things out, and sometimes they don’t clay bar out.
Sometimes you have to buff or sand the surface in order to get it smooth again. So applying a ceramic coating to your vehicle when you get it is an extremely important thing to have performed if you want your vehicle to maintain a finish that is extremely nice for a long time. One of the other benefits to ceramic coating a car is when you wash the vehicle it makes it extremely easy to keep clean, it makes it extremely easy to dry, and it makes it very easy to keep clean.
There are a lot of people out there that think that ceramic coating makes your vehicle indestructible to dirt and mud, and that’s simply not the case. You’ll still have to wash your vehicle, you’ll still have to maintain your vehicle over time, but that ceramic coating does allow your vehicle to be much easier, easily cleaned. Now finally, why do you ceramic coat glass, more so the windshield? Well there’s really two to three reasons.
Number one, it prevents bugs from sticking to the windshield. You know, if you’ve ever gone on a long road trip during the summer, and you drive for four or five hours during the day, and then at night time you got your headlights on, you can’t really see through the windshield that well because there’s so many bugs that are pelted that have pelted the windshield. So you pull over to a gas station, you try to clean the bugs off, and they’ve stuck to the windshield so badly that you can’t get them off that easily, and you have to sit there and chip them out with your fingernail.
Well ceramic coating is going to provide a slick surface to the glass to ensure that those bugs come right off. You know, a lot of my clients, they’ll hit their windshield washer fluid while driving down the highway, and it’ll wash the bugs right off, and you don’t have to sit there with one of those squeegees at a gas station and scrub it for 10 to 20 minutes. The other benefit to having a ceramic coating applied to your windshield glass is during the rainy seasons, you know, especially if you live in Seattle or you live here in Kansas City where it rains a lot during the summer, you don’t have to use your windshield wipers because the water will just literally run right off of the windshield.
All you have to do is drive your vehicle and in the rain, the rain will just run right off of your vehicle. Guys, these are just some of the many different Kansas City car detailing services that we offer. We also offer mobile car washing on a monthly recurring basis.
